Clear and focused!
This is tricky. Our mind isn't always as stable as we think it would be!
Subconscious mind always play that nonstop cassette of thoughts that
don't even stay on our frontal mind anymore. That's your rear end hard
worker playing a vital role bringing currently unavailable thoughts to
your present conscious mind. Subconscious mind should be very clear from
unwanted and unnecessary thoughts so that your mind is inturn clear
from those thoughts.
Life's greater issues are caused by the thoughts that run inside like a tape recorder in your mind.
So, don't let what's going on in your mind be your enemy. I mean it. Keep them clear. Straight. Happy thoughts. I know it's difficult and impractical. But a clear mind is never a devil's workplace.(I've rephrased it)
Some steps to improve mental stability:
1.You can meditate on happy thoughts. (Like seeing a rainbow, traveling into the nature.)
2.You can breathe in and breathe out loud.
(It's funny. But I do that.)
3.You can go for a slow walk.
(Errrrr walk? You lazy! It helps sometimes.)
4.You can always dance.
(Trust me this works better than other ways.)
5.You can share.
(To your peculiarly chosen ones.)

It is an actual battlefield. You'll be prepared for one thing but our
mind brings thoughts of unnecessary actions that make everything go
down. Down and down.
Life's greater issues are caused by the thoughts that run inside like a tape recorder in your mind.
For example: Day Dreaming. I'm sure many of you know what I mean. No one
ever knows what we think of. But we keep thinking. We go deep down and
kindle every meaningless stuff for nothing. It creates a lot of pressure
and stress on our mind. The result: Nothing but high BP, depression,
urge to do something wrong.
