Mirror shows you. The real you. Sad or happy however you are, it shows you as such and the one who you can turn to be.
Here's a mirror therapy for you:
If you are down, look up to a mirror - show your devastated face, then
try smiling, a wide smile. Speak to it. Openly. Say anything that's
blocking your heart to be free. Wash your face. Look at the mirror
again. You'll see a confident you. Now walk away from the mirror. You
are ready to face the crowd.
