Letting it go!

Holding on to the pain doesn't fix anything. Replaying the past again and again doesn't change anything. Wishing things were different doesn't make it so.
Accept whatever it is and let it go. That's when everything changes.
Some simple tips to let go of things bothering you.
1. Accept yourself.
Be aware of yourself. You are you no matter what. Don't change yourself for the things that weren't meant for you.
2. Don't expect.
Expectation leads to disappointment. So never expect. Just go with the flow. See how it turns out. Be neutral.
3. Don't live in prison.
When you have freedom why live in a prison? Go and find an adventure you dare to do. Open your mind and see beyond your fear that's holding you.
4. Don't live for others.
You've got your own life to run. Just be focused. You can help but cannot completely live their life for their sake.
5. Learn forgiveness.
Grudge kills. So forgive anyone or someone close, whoever they might be; just forgive them.
6. Let it go.
Leave it there as such. Move on. You've got lot to think of.
Just let it fly away!
