Tips to enjoy exercise 

Tip No:4 

Most of us do things in time only because of deadlines and challenges. Am I not right? 

To Set challenges and goals to achieve for your body, follow these steps:

1. Jot down your goal - Weight loss, weight gain, cardio, bodybuilding etc. 

2. Set a stipulated time to achieve. 

3. Plan a routine to follow each day and start working on it.

But remember, do not rush and force yourself just to finish before the stipulated time. Anything good takes time. So do it slow but steadily.
