Tips to enjoy exercise

There's no big advice needed when it comes to sleep. A good workout itself will help some fall asleep fast. This doesn't work for everyone. Some who find it difficult to sleep eventhough you exercise involve in activities that will activate your 'sleep mode'. For me, watching TV helps. 
A good sleep will gather energy to work for the next day. So make sure to get a good night's sleep.
Some tips for a good sleep routine:

1. Follow a regular sleep schedule. Go to sleep and get up at the same time each day, even on weekends or when you are traveling.

2. Avoid napping in the late afternoon or evening, if you can. Naps may keep you awake at night.

3. Avoid eating large meals close to bedtime—they can keep you awake.

4. Stay away from caffeine late in the day. Caffeine (found in coffee, tea, soda, and chocolate) can keep you awake.

5. Remember—alcohol won’t help you sleep. Even small amounts make it harder to stay asleep.
