Well, who said exercises should only be done during the exercise time? Planning on running with your work suit? Don't! You can stretch instead. Just stand from your sitting position, stretch and relax your muscles. If you can, go for a mild walk. Drink water and sit back to work. 
If your job has a lot of standing then just sit and relax. Drink water, calm your muscles and get back to work!
