If you cross each milestone, stop for a while and reward yourself. Milestone, I mean, could even be a reduction of a 1/2 kg (1.1 lbs) too. Anything great or small is a milestone when it comes to achieving a body fitness goal. 
Also never get disheartened when you see no change while examining or checking in between the routine (This depends on each body type. Some will see changes very soon. For some it may be delayed). Have patience and in a short while you'll see changes. 
When you start seeing changes, reward yourself! Gift yourself something, buy stuff or just eat away! So what are you waiting for? 
But help yourself with millet delicacies please. We've got to stay healthy right?
