I know each day is a stressful day. Each person will have to undergo each type of stress. So before starting your day or maybe before you begin your exercise just take deep breaths. Sit in a comfortable position, keep your hands in your favorite way, close your eyes and breathe. 
Breathe in all good things, fresh thoughts and of course, good air. Breathe out all negativity, toxins, hatred and sadness. Start off fresh and with new beautiful thoughts. Don't you want your body to respond to good exercise and all the sweats? Then, do try this out.
